Business Development & Commercialization

The office of Business Development & Commercialization allows inventions, discoveries, and creations from the Pennington Center to move from the laboratory to the market, improving lives through technologies designed for the biomedical diagnostic, treatment, and prevention arenas.

The Office is responsible for all aspects of commercialization, including patenting, technology licensing, and other technology-related activities. It also provides services for material transfer agreements (MTAs), confidentiality agreements (CDAs and NDAs), and other technology-related functions.
